What you will do

• Contribute to early-stage game concepts and mechanics.
• Develop mathematical models using simulation software and spreadsheets.
• Design and analyze RTP, volatility, and payout structures.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to bring game ideas to life.
• Maintain insight into EMEA gaming markets and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
• Minimum of one year of experience in slot mathematics or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing mathematical models.
• Proficiency in programming, preferably C++ or C#.
• Strong capability in spreadsheet-based modeling and data analysis.
• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Proven experience designing within the casino/gambling industry.
• Creative thinking with strong technical design instincts.
• Track record of delivering successful game mechanics.
