What you will do

• Design and build quests, encounters, and narrative content using proprietary systems.
• Propose and pitch creative content ideas to the leadership team.
• Receive and incorporate direct feedback from the creative director.
• Iterate rapidly on content that updates in the live game environment.
• Learn to write professional proposals and present design concepts.

Requirements

• Portfolio of creative work demonstrating ability to create and deliver content.
• Genuine passion for RPGs, MMORPGs, and top-down/pixel art games.
• Strong critical thinking ability and capacity to handle direct feedback.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to task management.
• Ability to commit meaningful hours to the project.

Nice to have

• Experience with game design tools, modding, or level editors.
• Knowledge of pixel art or top-down game aesthetics.
