What you will do

  • Execute standard tasks independently and complex ones under guidance to deliver optimal outcomes.

  • Gather and analyze information to identify and solve complex business problems.
  • Evaluate pros and cons of various solutions to identify the most suitable approach.
  • Generate well-formed ideas to improve team efficiency and alternative workhirify.global methods.

Requirements

  • Must be a recent graduate with global ambitions and leadership potential.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Milan.
  • Strong analytical, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to the 18-month rotation program structure.
