What you will do

• Monitor regional compliance programs and strengthen internal controls and processes.
• Perform due diligence activities on high-risk third parties according to the Group Anti-bribery Management System.
• Review and analyze information flows related to Corporate liability (Decree 231).
• Draft Compliance Policies, procedures, and presentations for management.
• Support the execution of projects related to Antitrust, Export Control, and Data Protection programs.
• Analyze and implement risk-management related internal controls.

Requirements

• Masters’ degree in Law with a strong interest in compliance.
• English Fluency is a must.
• Strong interest in business processes, internal controls, and corporate governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
