What you will do

• Manage policy lifecycle for global data protection frameworks, standards, and governance documents.
• Drive functional planning and steering activities to support prioritization and oversight.
• Define and maintain the Data Protection Risk Appetite Statement and related guidance.
• Oversee outsourced data protection activities to ensure service effectiveness and improvement.
• Shape and support the implementation of scalable tooling and AI solutions to enhance compliance productivity and control.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Protection, IT/Privacy Law, or Audit.
• Strong track record in policy governance and translating regulatory requirements into practical standards.
• Experience with functional planning and operating model design in complex organizations.
• Understanding of risk appetite, key control monitoring, and governance processes.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• University degree in Law, Risk, Governance, Business Administration, or related field.
