• Support the delivery and oversight of the Conduct Risk framework.
• Work closely with underwriting teams to address Conduct Risk matters and regulatory expectations.
• Assist with governance, reporting, monitoring, and management information (MI).
• Contribute to Conduct Risk assessments, reviews, and ongoing process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

• Previous experience within Conduct Risk is required.
• Insurance or Lloyd’s market experience is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across the business.
• Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
