What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term strategic vision and roadmap for all Microsoft 365 platforms and services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of engineers and technical managers.
• Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade M365 solutions including Windows 365 and Power Platform.
• Establish robust governance frameworks, security policies, and compliance standards for the M365 ecosystem.
• Drive the evaluation and strategic adoption of AI-powered capabilities like Copilot to enhance firm-wide productivity.
• Serve as an executive escalation point for operational performance and incident management.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience in enterprise IT with at least 10 years focused on Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large, geographically dispersed technical teams.
• Deep architectural understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure AD, Intune, and Power Platform.
• Extensive experience managing M365 solutions within stringent security and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and negotiation skills for diverse stakeholder management.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX, as this is an onsite leadership role.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with large-scale Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments.
• Strong understanding of broader cloud architecture principles (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
