Focus on guiding customers through the DevSecOps journey, acting as a liaison between internal product teams and clients, and ensuring long-term ROI.

What you will do

  • Partner with customers to turn business outcomes into actionable objectives.
  • Guide customers on platform best practices, use cases, and future adoption paths.
  • Act as the primary liaison for customer questions, issues, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with Support, Product Management, and Engineering teams to resolve customer needs.
  • Manage a book of assigned customers to ensure retention, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Stay current on hirify.global releases and platform updates.

Requirements

  • Must be based in France or Spain.
  • Proven experience in Customer Success or a similar role focused on retention and adoption.
  • Understanding of Git, branching strategies, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevSecOps principles.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter within a distributed team environment.
