What you will do

• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and local induction programs.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
• Contribute to HR administration, including personnel records, offer letters, and employment agreements.
• Assist in coordinating HR workshops, events, and team-building initiatives.
• Maintain and update HR systems, including running reports.
• Support ad-hoc projects and HR tasks for the EMEA region.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a 4th or 5th year Master's degree in Human Resources or Labor Law.
• Fluent in both French and English (C2 level required).
• Strong organizational and analytical mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
