HR Generalist (Apprentice)

What you will do

• Support onboarding, prepare required documents, and participate in local induction programs.
• Act as a point of contact for employees with HR-related questions.
• Maintain personnel records, process employee changes, prepare offer letters and employment agreements, and register benefits.
• Maintain and update HR systems and run reports.
• Coordinate HR workshops and events, and contribute to employee well-being and team-building initiatives.
• Assist with ad hoc HR projects and tasks for the EMEA region.

Requirements

• Currently completing the fifth year of a Master's degree in human resources or labor law.
• Fluent French and English at C2 level are required.
• Curiosity, motivation, and eagerness to learn and develop.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.

Hiring process

• Application review by the Talent Acquisition team and hiring team.
• Zoom interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by meetings with the hiring manager and interview team.
• Usually no more than five interviews before final follow-up.
