TL;DR

HR Operations Apprentice: Supporting the international People team with employee administration, payroll coordination, and HR reporting with an accent on process improvement and data accuracy. Focus on managing the employee lifecycle across France, the UK, the Netherlands, and Germany while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing digital content company.

Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid role with 2 days remote per week).

What you will do

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and HRIS updates.
  • Assist with payroll variable collection, validation, and review across multiple European entities.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding administrative and benefits-related queries.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and the analysis of key metrics.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects for HR workflows and employee experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources for a 12- to 24-month apprenticeship.
  • Fluent in French (C2 level or native) and proficient in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and comfort working with data.
  • Proficiency in Google Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Previous experience in HR administration or operations is highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, specifically Lucca.
  • Basic understanding of employment law and international payroll processes.
