What you will do

• Design and maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards for Retail Bankhirify.global performance trackhirify.global and user experience.
• Develop and optimize data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations for scalability and performance.
• Support business users in adopthirify.global self-service BI and the correct interpretation of KPIs.
• Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights for customer, markethirify.global, and digital channels.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders to align on KPI definitions and data logic.
• Promote Power BI best practices and create reusable datasets and reporthirify.global approaches.

Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Markethirify.global, Cybernetics, or a related field.
• Solid experience in data analysis, preferably within bankhirify.global or financial services.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.
• Workhirify.global experience with SQL.
• Location: Must be based in Romania to support the hybrid workhirify.global model (Expo Business Park).
