What you will do

• Analyze data from 20+ countries using SQL and modeling tools to support KYC services.
• Define and implement requirements and controls to ensure high data quality across global KYC applications.
• Develop state-of-the-art solutions for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Terrorism Financing, and Fraud.
• Optimize and automate data processes and roadmaps according to global standards.
• Act as a bridge between international business stakeholders and IT teams to simplify complex processes.
• Refine user stories and manage deliverables within an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data delivery solution design, including data flows, modeling, and low-level architecture.
• Solid proficiency in SQL for aggregating and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience within the fixing cycle of incident management processes.
• University degree in IT, Engineering, Maths, or Economics/Business.
• English: Advanced level (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Economic Crime, Anti Money Laundering (AML), or Compliance.
