What you will do

• Build and maintain effective relationships with entry- to mid-level client contacts.
• Execute day-to-day account activities, including project coordination from estimation to completion.
• Collaborate with broader project teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize industry knowledge to identify and sell additional solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage one or more small-to-medium accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management or client relations.
• Deep understanding of the company's and client's industry, business, and products.
• Strong ability to coordinate projects and manage timelines/budgets.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Greater Manchester area for on-site work
