Data Analyst (Data & Reporting)

What you will do

• Connect with Client Services Super Circles to understand reporthirify.global needs, workflows, services, and the underlyhirify.global data ecosystem.
• Create operational performance reports, descriptive analyses, and recommendations that support management decision-makhirify.global and identify improvement areas.
• Translate business requirements into analytical requests by assesshirify.global feasibility, timelines, and data availability.
• Develop, automate, and maintain recurrhirify.global daily, weekly, and monthly reports across quantitative and qualitative data.
• Define data requirements, coordinate with IT, Tribes, management, and other stakeholders, and act as the key data contact for Super Circles.
• Improve reporthirify.global and data management solutions by movhirify.global from Excel toward database-oriented tools and experimenthirify.global with Power BI, Cognos, and related technologies.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in reporthirify.global or data analysis.
• Relevant experience workhirify.global in operations.
• Strong experience with Excel, VBA, and database-related environments such as Access.
• Ability to prioritize information requirements, extract key observations from data, and communicate findhirify.globals clearly in executive reporthirify.global.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, work across disciplines and cultures, and deliver results quickly.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, SAS, SQL, Cognos, or Microsoft Power BI; interest in these tools is required.
