What you will do

• Manage an international team of Supply Quality Expeditors to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Review quality inspection reports and collect all relevant project information.
• Identify potential supplier delays and proactively implement solutions to meet key milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remedy deviations in schedule and quality in coordination with SQEs.
• Manage the Logistic Manufacturing Site (LMS) of the manufacturing module and release items.
• Report progress to project management and escalate critical expediting issues.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Supply Quality Manager within EPC, energy, or renewables fields.
• Knowledge of welding and non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques with certifications (e.g., ASNT, EN ISO 9712, Level II for PT/VT).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and extensive experience in Quality Control Systems.
• Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
