What you will do

• Define and execute quality requirements and qualification strategies for power module product developments.
• Represent Quality Management within cross-functional R&D teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Correlate failure mechanisms in SiC/GaN modules with reliability measures and predictive analytics.
• Manage reliability testing with external partners and ensure adherence to standards like JEDEC, AEC-Q, and AQG 324.
• Serve as the primary quality contact for customers, handling complaints and delivering technical quality reports.
• Identify root causes for yield loss and implement corrective actions in manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with power module technology and assembly.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor physics and applications, particularly in the SiC/GaN domain.
• Familiarity with international quality standards such as AEC-Q101 and AQG 324.
• Strong proficiency in statistical data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Fluent English skills and ability to travel (up to 15% for Hamburg, up to 30% for Catania).
