What you will do

• Create and maintain Quality Management System procedures and work instructions.
• Manage supplier qualification, surveillance, and revaluation processes.
• Analyze supplier quality KPIs and nonconformities to perform root cause investigations.
• Support suppliers in defining and implementing corrective and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with R&D, Purchasing, and Regulatory departments on technical documentation and process validation.
• Assist during inspections by certification bodies and competent authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Biomedical, or Bioengineering).
• Previous experience in supplier quality assurance within a manufacturing company.
• English: B2 level required (written and spoken).
• German: Basic knowledge required (written and spoken).
• Ability to work with precision on multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Willingness to undertake short-term travel within Italy and abroad.

Nice to have

• Lead Auditor qualification (accredited by AICQ-CEPAS or AICQ-SICEV).
