What you will do

• Complete bids and awards for project and Key Account clients to ensure timeliness and margin growth.
• Review and optimize the hauler network to find operational and cost efficiencies.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including sourcing, awards, service requests, and billing.
• Resolve complex day-to-day escalated requests relating to vendor performance and client issues.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve work quality and responsiveness to inquiries.
• Monitor KPIs and resolve vendor invoice issues to ensure data accuracy and timely billing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, vendor management, or operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel and/or work onsite as needed.
