What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Compliance) to translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical outputs.
• Build and maintain analytics data models using SQL across PostgreSQL, Trino, and Apache Iceberg.
• Develop and iterate on core financial metrics and tables using dbt, surfacing them through Metabase dashboards.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into trends, anomalies, and complex P&L calculations using SQL and Python (Jupyter).
• Standardize core business entities and transition ad-hoc analytical requests into intuitive self-serve environments.
• Streamline and automate recurring report capabilities and cataloging.

Requirements

• Strong SQL fundamentals, including expertise with joins, CTEs, and window functions.
• Experience with analytics engineering workflows, specifically using dbt.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and Jupyter Notebooks for programmatic analysis.
• Deep analytical intuition to synthesize clear, well-reasoned conclusions from complex data.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
• Must be based in the Americas region.
