What you will do

  • Manage CMO quality oversight and governance, ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Review deviations, monitor CAPA implementation, and assess change controls linked to CMOs.
  • Support product batch release activities and the review/approval of product market complaints.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lean management initiatives to streamline quality processes.
  • Coordinate the impacts of process changes on quality systems within QA/IT matrix teams.

Requirements

  • University degree in Bioengineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Chemistry, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a GMP/cGMP environment (pharma, biotech, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in QA activities: deviations, CAPA, change control, and complaints management.
  • Experience in lean management and process governance.
  • English: mandatory (oral and written).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SAP and VEEVA.
  • French language proficiency.
