What you will do

• Own and manage the project plan across development and production phases.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and effective collaboration.
• Control project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking.
• Ensure product and process excellence by aligning technical decisions with quality and cost targets.
• Act as the primary customer interface throughout the program lifecycle.
• Drive governance, including leading project meetings, gate reviews, and risk management actions.

Requirements

• BSc (MSc preferred) in Engineering or Project Management.
• 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive core tools including PPAP, APQP, and DFMEA.
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Project and Excel.
• Ability to work onsite in Barneveld, Netherlands.
