What you will do

• Manage and update content across a global careers website to ensure alignment with employer brand guidelines.
• Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns using CRM tools to support recruitment objectives.
• Segment talent audiences and tailor messaging for employer brand initiatives.
• Monitor website performance and usability, partnering with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Track and report on campaign engagement metrics to optimize future activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal design and technology teams.

Requirements

• Experience in website content management, CRM, or email campaign coordination.
• Background in recruitment marketing or employer branding environments.
• Proficiency in working with CMS platforms and CRM/email marketing tools.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Must have legal presence in Poland or the UK
