Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid model).

Salary: €500 per month.

What you will do

• Support brand managers in portfolio and communication management for Lifestyle Scenting brands.
• Conduct sales analysis and trend mapping to support product strategy.
• Assist in new product introductions, including scent assessment and competitive landscape analysis.
• Ideate and execute influencer and retailer activations.
• Adapt communication materials and e-commerce content.
• Manage marketing budgets and track sales benchmarks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland or able to work from the office.
• Fluent in Polish and English (C1 level).
• Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills.
• Excellent organization and planning abilities.
• Proactive approach and passion for the beauty and fragrance industry.
• Social media savvy with an interest in current market trends.
