What you will do

• Plan and publish content across X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with designers on creative assets and manage community moderators.
• Co-host AMAs, X Spaces, and Discord Stages to engage the community.
• Execute community activations including contests, quests, and airdrop campaigns.
• Monitor channel analytics and maintain FAQ documentation.
• Collect and surface community feedback to the product team.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required for live hosting and copywriting.
• Strong familiarity with Telegram, Discord, and X.
• Proactive mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Kraków.
• No prior experience required; students and career starters are welcome.

Nice to have

• Interest in gaming and blockchain/Web3.
• Willingness to host or co-host live sessions.
• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere).
