What you will do
- Lead planning and execution of integrated, cross-channel campaigns with multiple workstreams running in parallel.
- Manage client relationships day to day, lead meetings and presentations, and translate business goals into project requirements.
- Coordinate delivery across disciplines including creative, digital, strategy, performance/paid media, and digital/web builds.
- Make strategic decisions on project strategies, budgets, and timelines while balancing competing priorities.
- Own budget estimation, resource allocation, forecasting, and profitability for multi-discipline initiatives.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior staff to keep projects aligned and teams motivated.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of project management experience in an ad agency environment, with a heavy focus on 360 integrated campaigns.
- Experience managing campaigns spanning multiple service types (social, paid media, digital/web builds, creative production, video, and emerging platforms).
- Proven client-facing experience: managing day-to-day relationships, leading meetings, and presenting recommendations.
- Strong proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to anticipate roadblocks in paid media workflows.
- Skilled with project management tools (Kantata is a plus), budget burn, and resource allocation; able to draft meeting recaps and manage media workflow platforms.
- Must not require visa sponsorship for U.S. work authorization (no H1-B, F-1/OPT, TN, or other non-immigrant status).
