What you will do

• Create and maintain Business Continuity Plan (BCP) documentation, including procedures, BIA&RA, and contact lists.
• Provide local coordination and support for the Crisis Management Team (CMT), acting as CMT Deputy during localized major incidents.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
• Conduct monthly updates and synchronization with Global BCMS, ITS, and Facility Management teams.
• Support business operations during IT maintenance windows, including participation in bridge calls.
• Manage the distribution of MTS dongles to teams in coordination with the EMEA team.

Requirements

• University degree preferred.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven communication skills for cross-team coordination.
