TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Barcelona office (Hybrid)

Salary: €35,000 – €50,000 gross per year

hirify.global is a fast-growing fintech startup based in Barcelona, providing a wealth management SaaS platform that aggregates financial asset data for institutions.

What you will do

  • Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
  • Write clean, performant Python code for high-volume data processing.
  • Collaborate on SQL and NoSQL database schema design and query optimization.
  • Implement comprehensive testing and data quality checks to ensure pipeline reliability.
  • Deploy and iterate on infrastructure using CI/CD practices and Docker.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong Python engineering skills with a focus on performance and maintainability.
  • Solid experience building and operating data pipelines and ETL/ELT patterns.
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design.
  • Experience with CI/CD workflows and containerization tools like Docker.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive tasks to production.
