What you will do
- Develop and implement recovery strategies for loans in the delinquency phase of their lifecycle.
- Build next-generation platform solutions to manage growing volumes while ensuring high availability.
- Collaborate with product managers and backbook risk teams to create visibility regarding technical risks and trade-offs.
- Contribute to the team's goals by writing clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
- Engage in code reviews and debugging to maintain high system quality.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Poland.
- Previous work or internship experience designing and launching backend systems at scale.
- Proficiency in either Python or Kotlin.
- Familiarity with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of the building blocks of distributed systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
