What you will do

• Support the execution of regional channel marketing strategies across Eastern Europe and CIS.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustain marketing programs to drive revenue.
• Implement retail marketing initiatives including in-store activations and merchandising.
• Manage regional channel marketing budgets with full accountability for ROI and spend tracking.
• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for distributors, retail partners, and agencies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years of marketing experience in gaming, tech, or retail.
• Strong understanding of the consumer electronics retail landscape in Eastern Europe and CIS.
• Proficiency in English and Polish (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
