What you will do

• Prepare programmatic strategies and media plans aligned with client goals.
• Act as point of contact for client requests alongside manager.
• Develop materials for campaign activation and setup support.
• Prepare reports and post-campaign analyses (PCA).
• Collaborate with US, Europe, and Asia teams in multicultural environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years in planning and managing programmatic campaigns.
• Fluency in English.
• Residency in Warsaw, Krakow, or Poznan.
• Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and team-oriented approach.
• Adaptability to changing goals; proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
