What you will do

• Coordinate packaging, shipping, and regulatory compliance activities to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Manage inventory, packaging materials, and stock control to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste.
• Oversee fleet and logistics operations to ensure vehicle availability and cost-effective distribution.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and ESG reporting to provide business insights for decision-making.
• Lead and develop packaging and logistics teams in a performance-driven environment.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Packaging, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• 5-7 years of experience within a packaging, logistics, warehousing, or shipping environment.
• Proven supervisory experience leading operational teams.
• Expertise in inventory control and shipping coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Exposure to hazardous goods handling and export documentation.
• Knowledge of CAT 6 dangerous goods regulations and battery transportation requirements.
