What you will do

• Own end-to-end project material delivery, ensuring accuracy and schedule adherence.
• Validate BOMs, specifications, and delivery requirements prior to order placement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Legal, and Sourcing to align project dependencies.
• Manage supplier relationships, including ETA tracking, shipment follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Maintain project status visibility and proactively escalate supply or commercial risks.
• Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and goods receipt verification.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain, order management, or project fulfillment.
• Proven expertise in BOM management, supplier coordination, and delivery execution.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Project Management, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Experience operating in complex environments such as data centers, telecom, or hardware infrastructure.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, purchase order processes, and project tracking tools.
• Must be based in Singapore.
