What you will do

• Own and personalize the digital experience to drive measurable increases in conversion rates across the digital journey.
• Collaborate with UI/UX specialists, content strategists, and developers to identify and resolve user pain points.
• Analyze customer journeys and develop hypotheses for conversion improvement using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Set up and execute A/B tests in collaboration with IT and communicate results to Marketing and Country teams.
• Track and optimize team KPIs and consumer engagement for global digital products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Hands-on expertise with CRO and A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, Hotjar, or Clarity.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with PowerBI, PIWIK, and GA4.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a data-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lead Generation.
• Experience in Healthcare or Omnichannel marketing.
