What you will do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end search experience from query input and autocomplete to result pages and filters across all platforms.
• Shape search relevance and ranking strategies in close collaboration with data science and ML teams.
• Drive discovery and navigation to help customers move seamlessly through complex health-related journeys.
• Define and refine the measurement framework for search using advanced metrics like query reformulation and zero-results rates.
• Build and prioritize a high-impact roadmap balancing quick wins with long-term search infrastructure and UX investments.

Requirements

• Strong ownership experience in search or discovery products, including ranking logic and user experience layers.
• Deeply data-driven mindset with experience interpreting complex metrics and running meaningful experiments.
• Experience collaborating with data science and ML teams, understanding ranking signals, query understanding, or semantic search.
• Ability to create intuitive user experiences across different devices and use cases.
