What you will do
- Set a vision for experience transformation and omnichannel strategy.
- Identify and address critical barriers in the customer journey through cross-disciplinary workshops.
- Partner with analytics teams to iterate and optimize omnichannel plans.
- Author tactical briefs and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Oversee department staff, including hiring, performance management, and professional development.
- Contribute strategic insights to new business initiatives and pitches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Omnichannel, Experience, or Digital Strategy.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading and growing teams.
- Proven experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare Marketing industries.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration, journey mapping, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Adept at using AI systems and frameworks.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Google or Adobe Analytics.
- Working knowledge of real-time engine solutions.
- Experience with new business pitches.
