What you will do

  • Set a vision for experience transformation and omnichannel strategy.
  • Identify and address critical barriers in the customer journey through cross-disciplinary workshops.
  • Partner with analytics teams to iterate and optimize omnichannel plans.
  • Author tactical briefs and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
  • Oversee department staff, including hiring, performance management, and professional development.
  • Contribute strategic insights to new business initiatives and pitches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Omnichannel, Experience, or Digital Strategy.
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading and growing teams.
  • Proven experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare Marketing industries.
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration, journey mapping, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Adept at using AI systems and frameworks.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Google or Adobe Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of real-time engine solutions.
  • Experience with new business pitches.
