What you will do

• Lead A/B testing initiatives across web and app to identify conversion lift and growth opportunities.
• Turn hypotheses into testable concepts in close collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the testing backlog based on business value, impact, and strategic relevance.
• Analyze test results, ensure statistical validity, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Drive international CRO initiatives and strengthen experimentation culture across markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital roles such as Testing Manager, Product Owner, Analyst, or Conversion Specialist.
• Hands-on knowledge of A/B testing, analytics, and CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar).
• Strong understanding of web and app ecosystems, including server-side testing, statistics, and experimental design.
• Structured, data-driven mindset with the ability to turn complexity into actionable experiments.
• Demonstrated understanding of how to use AI tools effectively within the A/B testing workflow.
• Strong communication skills in English.
