What you will do

• Analyze customer feedback and market needs to define product requirements and features.
• Manage product portfolios from concept through discontinuation, including revenue and gross margin accountability.
• Develop product roadmaps, business cases, and strategies aligned with company vision.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
• Oversee regulatory processes including clinical evaluation, post-market surveillance, and usability.
• Perform product validation in laboratory and clinical settings.

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience in the medical device industry.
• English fluency is mandatory.
• German language proficiency at a good conversational level (B1+) is required.
• Advanced knowledge of product design and process management methods.
• Ability to travel internationally for customer and internal meetings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in clinical indication and application knowledge in MIS.
