What you will do
- Execute transformation projects focused on risk and regulatory frameworks for financial clients.
- Perform complex data-driven analyses to identify issues and develop actionable strategic solutions.
- Manage methodological concepts and tools to improve client operational efficiency.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within the financial services sector.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants to facilitate their professional development.
- Share expertise through internal and external training initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a consultant in the financial services industry within Risk & Regulatory.
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both English and Dutch is mandatory.
- Must already possess a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
- Strong interest in data and AI-related topics with the ability to quickly build expertise.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to excel both independently and within a team.
