What you will do

• Work on consulting projects covering strategic positioning, new business orientations, organizational redesign, business reengineering, and operational excellence.
• Build and reinforce the consulting offer by understanding and interpreting innovation and challenges in relevant industries.
• Support business development by contributing to need definition and participating in commercial initiatives.
• Deliver results for multiple customers across selected industries (Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Transportation, Logistics, or Government).
• Contribute to internal activities and collaborate with colleagues on international projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• 3–6 years of relevant working experience.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
• Analytical mindset: explore options and synthesize them into clear conclusions.
• Strong communication, flexibility, and entrepreneurial approach; ability to take responsibility quickly.
• Non-Dutch speaker will not be accepted; unable to provide a work permit for this position.
