Process Consultant

TL;DR

What you will do

• Analyze, design, and implement business processes using established methodologies.
• Independently lead complex projects and initiatives, providing guidance to professional teams.
• Model business processes with BPM tools and perform simulations for optimization.
• Develop product breakdowns for large-scale projects with budgets ranging from 3 to 50 million euros.
• Advise clients on digital transformation and process design best practices.
• Coordinate the work of analysts and provide training to end-users to ensure effective implementation.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach to business process improvement.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management within complex organizations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from operational teams to C-level management.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship available).
• Sectoral knowledge in Telecom, Tech, Financial Services, Automotive, or Life Sciences.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
