What you will do

• Build and maintain systems for synthetic testing, evaluation frameworks, and quality validation for AI agents.
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and event-driven systems to power data workflows.
• Craft intuitive user-facing tools and responsive UIs to visualize AI-powered insights.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data engineers to ensure end-to-end delivery of features.
• Contribute to the reliability and performance of the system through clean, tested, and modular code.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building web applications with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, data fetching strategies, and external service integration.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries focusing on accessibility and performance.
• Ability to write maintainable, modular, and thoroughly tested code.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of microservice architecture, event-driven systems, and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with AI developer tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Working knowledge of Python for backend or automation tasks.
