What you will do

• Lead and manage the Operations Planning department, including recruitment, training, and performance management of planners.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules across all internal and client programs.
• Oversee SAP master data integrity (Material Masters, Routings) to enable effective MRP execution.
• Lead project costing and budgeting processes, including the development of Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Coordinate between planning, procurement, and production to ensure delivery timelines and cost objectives are met.
• Provide regular operational reporting to Supply Chain and Quality leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Material and/or Production Planning within a defense or weapons environment.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Abu Dhabi, AE.

Nice to have

• Certification in Production, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• PMP and Power BI certifications.
• Experience supporting or leading corporate audits.
