Production Planner

What you will do

• Develop and execute production plans across processing, packaging, and component product lines.
• Align production capacity with demand forecasts and adapt schedules to meet changing customer needs.
• Contribute actively to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve planning-related processes.
• Use data and performance metrics to support problem-solving and operational enhancements.
• Partner with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of make-to-stock, configure-to-order, and engineer-to-order production processes.
• Proficiency in planning software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Lund, Sweden for this temporary position until 31 May 2027.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP APO.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools.
