What you will do

• Own the production planning process, including MPS, short-term sequencing, and capacity alignment.
• Act as the key interface between planning systems and shopfloor execution to ensure data accuracy.
• Run the monthly S&OP cycle, preparing scenarios and aligning demand with manufacturing constraints.
• Translate demand changes into executable schedules while managing priorities and change control.
• Drive continuous improvement in sequencing, changeovers, and throughput in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Coordinate with the supply chain to manage material availability and drive mitigation plans for shortages.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or S&OP roles within manufacturing environments.
• Solid hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems, specifically planning modules, BOM structures, and routings.
• Proven ability to manage capacity and material constraints in dynamic environments.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or BI tools.
• Ability to communicate complex scenarios and trade-offs to leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) and industrialization ramp-up planning.
• Background in high-mix or high-reliability manufacturing sectors.
