What you will do

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning and kickoff to delivery and closure.
• Lead requirements management, including elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Align project goals between business and technical teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Organize daily team operations, including task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups.
• Maintain critical project documentation such as roadmaps, status updates, and risk logs.
• Facilitate regular syncs and planning sessions with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
• Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent in English and Russian (B2+ or higher), both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams and multiple simultaneous projects.

Nice to have

• Project management certifications such as PMP or PMI-ACP.
• Experience with budgeting and resource planning.
