IT Project Manager: Managing the full project lifecycle for software development projects with an accent on requirements management, stakeholder alignment, and day-to-day team organization. Focus on tracking progress, resolving blockers, and improving PM processes within the PMO.

What you will do
- Manage projects from planning and kickoff to delivery and closure, ensuring alignment with business and tech goals.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and support requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organize day-to-day team work, including task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as roadmaps, status updates, and risk logs.
- Run regular syncs and planning sessions with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Track project progress, identify blockers, and effectively communicate status, risks, and changes to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
- Comfortable juggling several projects and working with distributed teams.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts in plain language.
- Fluent in English and Russian (B2+ or higher).
Nice to have
- Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP).
- Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning.
