What you will do

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and support requirements throughout projects.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams to clarify goals and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate daily team operations including planning, task tracking, and prioritization.
• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and evaluate results against KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or business analysis.
• Fluent in English and Russian (B2+ or higher in English).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and process modeling notations (UML, BPMN, DFD).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced, data-driven product environments.
• Experience with affiliate/partner systems/platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or IIBA.
