IT Project Manager

Location: Remote, Minsk, Belarus

What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and kickoff through delivery and closure.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and maintain project requirements.
• Align objectives and expectations across business and technical teams.
• Coordinate daily work, task prioritization, follow-ups, planning sessions, and team syncs.
• Maintain roadmaps, status updates, risk logs, and other project documentation.
• Track progress, identify blockers, communicate changes, and improve PMO processes and tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects and working with distributed teams.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication, organization, conflict-resolution, and deadline-management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Russian; English level B2+ or higher.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP or PMI-ACP.
• Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning.
