What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from kickoff and planning to delivery and closure.
• Elicit, analyze, and document project requirements throughout the development process.
• Organize daily team operations, including task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups.
• Maintain critical project documentation such as roadmaps, status updates, and risk logs.
• Facilitate regular synchronization and planning sessions between developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Identify blockers early and contribute to the improvement of PMO tools and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working with distributed teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English (B2+ or higher) and Russian (written and spoken).
