What you will do

• Maintain global Workday standard reports and provide expert reporting advice based on security roles
• Reduce manual validations and data complaints through baseline analysis and reporting reviews
• Analyze and deliver global reporting needs via change requests
• Enable users and support data literacy across the organization
• Contribute to strategic data-driven decision-making as a key organizational objective

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Workday reports development, configuration, and modification
• In-depth knowledge of Workday reporting configurations and dashboard maintenance
• Technical understanding of Workday business processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder demands
• Experience with ServiceNow ticket handling procedures

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or Power Apps
