Business Analyst (Oracle EBS)

TL;DR

Business Analyst (Oracle EBS): Driving process excellence and cross-stream integration for Record to Report and Financial Reporting modules with an accent on ERP functional design and stakeholder alignment. Focus on analyzing complex financial requirements, translating them into technical specifications for Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud, and overseeing end-to-end delivery cycles.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Makati, Philippines (Hybrid role)

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams and GPOs to map financial processes and align them with corporate standards.
• Define functional and technical designs for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud customizations.
• Design and oversee integrations between R2R and third-party upstream systems.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide functional support to Service Managers and ensure solutions meet operational performance requirements.
• Support testing cycles, UAT activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, IT, or Computer Science.
• Strong experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud in Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management).
• Solid background in business analysis, process modelling, and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with banking file formats and integration tools like APRO Banking Gateway.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, quality standards, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile, DevOps, or Lean methodologies.
• Basic programming exposure.
