What you will do

  • Support day-to-day operations and configuration of Workday Absence and Benefits modules.
  • Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Benefits teams to define logic and eligibility criteria.
  • Participate in new module rollouts, enhancements, and optimization projects.
  • Maintain system integrity through regular audits, data validations, and testing activities.
  • Create and maintain business processes, condition rules, custom reports, and security roles.
  • Support end-user inquiries, provide training, and coordinate with IT for issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on Workday experience, specifically in Core HCM, Absence, and Benefits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Workday reporting tools, including custom reports and calculated fields.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

  • Experience or familiarity with US Benefits and Open Enrollment.
  • Knowledge in Workday Time Tracking.
