What you will do

• Lead omnichannel strategy and digital transformation initiatives across the UK and Ireland markets.
• Develop comprehensive customer journey maps to embed a customer-first approach in engagement.
• Utilize data, analytics, and AI to generate actionable insights and optimize customer interactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, medical, and IT teams to execute integrated strategies.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for omnichannel platforms, specifically Veeva CRM and Vault.
• Define and monitor KPIs centered on engagement quality and overall customer value.

Requirements

• Proven track record in omnichannel strategy execution, including journey design and channel orchestration.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience applying AI and analytics to business decision-making.
• Experience operating within a matrix environment and collaborating across global and local teams.
• Hands-on proficiency with digital platforms, specifically Veeva.
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, including regulatory compliance.
• Must be based in or have the right to work in London, UK.
